Shipping Policy

 

All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of payment. We ship via Post Malaysia standard shipping which typically takes 2-4 business days for Malaysia domestic shipping and 2-4 weeks for international shipping, though this cannot be guaranteed. As far as international shipping is concerned, packages can get delayed due to customs.  International customers are responsible for your custom and VAT fees.

All domestic orders are sent via standard mail with a tracking number. We do not provide a tracking number for International shipping. 

 

DHL, UPS or other courier services can be arranged with additional shipping fee. Please notify us prior to making the purchase.
If the shipping address is different from the address provided, contact us prior to the payment. In the case where no special instruction has been provided, the order will be sent to the address provided through the website. 

 

 

Payment Policy

Soapy Natural accepts PayPal. For domestic buyers, Bank Deposit is also accepted.

Bank account information will be informed if you choose Bank Deposit option (Domestic buyers only). We will hold your order up to 3 business days for you to make necessary arrangement for your payment. If no payment is made within those 3 days, your order will be canceled without notice. Packages will only be sent once the payment has confirmed.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to assist you.

 

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, Soapy Natural does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However, in case the product arrives in a defected form, or if the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us through a mail (soapynaturalhandmade@gmail.com) within 3 days of arrival. 

 

Care of Soap

Once purchased, the soaps should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, until use. After each use, the soap should be placed on a free-draining soap dish clear of standing water, to allow it to dry out. Failure to do so may make the soap very soft and mushy. 

Natural and mineral colours are used wherever possible.  Although highly unlikely, it is possible that these may cause staining of pale fabrics.
 

 

Medical Precautions

Nut allergies:

All our soaps contain at least one nut oil i.e.,  they all contain coconut oil and shea nut butter and some contain additional nut oils such as macadamia nut, walnut, and almond nut oils.

 

Sensitivity to essential oils and other ingredients:

As with all new products, it is advisable to check on a small area of skin before the main use. Some essential oils contain potential allergens that may cause adverse reactions in some individuals. These are clearly stated on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the list of ingredients of the product prior to the purchase, especially if he/she has a known sensitivity to a certain allergen. 

 

Many essential oils are known to have an adverse effect to expecting/lactating mothers and babies under 6 months old. They are strongly advised to use products without essential oils (Labeled “No fragrance").   Soapy Natural takes no responsibility for possible health consequences of any person in any medical complications arising from the use of the products.

 

The soap is for external use only. Should any irritation occur, use should be discontinued immediately; we would be grateful for any feedback should this happen.

Customers are advised to consult their doctors or qualified health professionals regarding specific health questions. Benefits of certain ingredients stated in the product description are information only and the products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. Soapy Natural takes no responsibility for possible health consequences of any person in any medical complications arising from the use of the products. All customers, especially those taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, should consult their physicians before using the products.

Soapy Natural collects the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering and uses this information in a lawful manner. This information is used to process the customer’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Customer data is encrypted via a secure payment site.
If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may, on occasion, e-mail or write to you with information about our products and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive any promotional material at all from us, please let us know. Rest assured, Soapy Natural will not sell or pass on the customer details to any third party.
